The iconic Brasserie Belga Queen in Brussels has been restored to its former glory. Belga Queen remains one of Brussels' most distinctive dining experiences. Housed in the former Hôtel de la Poste—a nineteenth-century neoclassical building with majestic stained-glass windows, high ceilings, and a strikingly symmetrical architecture—the building exudes history. But that very grandeur presented a challenge: reverberation, hard materials, and a complex spatial geometry. MonaVisa was asked to make this heritage shine again, with acoustic comfort that does not affect the historical character, but enhances it.

Knokke boasts many iconic locations, but La Réserve stands in a class of its own. Since its inception in the 1920s and its reconstruction in the 1950s, the hotel has become a meeting place for the European elite: artists, diplomats, collectors, and gourmets.
