Stylish design creates optimal acoustics.

An interior that exudes visual tranquility and guarantees complete discretion through acoustic comfort: this is the niche market in which MonaVisa is completely at home.

The Roeselare specialist is moving to a new home with an impressive ‘Acoustic Experience’ and reflects the endless creativity of its solutions in a beautiful show home.

Linking acoustics with design

Innovatively linking design and acoustics has been MonaVisa’s passion since 2004. Founder Peter Valcke handed the company over to Francis De Nolf in 2021. “With a team of thirty experienced experts, we consistently succeed in combining creatively designed polyester stretch ceilings and walls with the best acoustic comfort. Moreover, we seamlessly integrate this into the work of an interior designer,” explains Francis.

Meticulously planned preparation allows us to work with the utmost respect for the agreed-upon schedule, ensuring complete peace of mind for our clients. This way, we create high-quality solutions that guarantee visual tranquility for individuals, businesses, government clients, and healthcare institutions.

With Monatextiles, the company developed various textures that give walls or ceilings a fabric-like appearance. “This look (linen, flax, cotton, or wool in natural colors, printed on a polyester fabric) always creates a warm and inviting result.

Monacretes, on the other hand, offers the possibility of decorating the interior with the look of a painting technique (micro-topping), giving the walls or ceiling a handcrafted character. Both solutions offer endless design possibilities, without sacrificing optimal acoustic comfort.

Nearly energy-neutral new construction

2025 is a milestone for MonaVisa. “We will soon be moving our warehouses and offices to our new location at Hof ter Weze in Roeselare,” Francis explains.

“The brand new ‘Acoustic Experience’ showroom immerses our customers in a truly fascinating world, where they discover that we have all the assets to realise their wishes for a stylish interior.

We’ll open our show home later. In this private setting, we’ll illustrate how we achieve exceptionally pleasant acoustic comfort, even with hard materials like Mortex, glass, and wood. Both new construction projects are highly sustainable, with the synergy of geothermal energy, solar panels, and underfloor heating allowing us to strive for energy neutrality.
